Maintenance support services are based on our PlusNet Support Centre organization. It includes a pool of technical support engineers providing on-line services, Field Engineers responsible for on-site, and remote assistance and Certified Engineers solutions experts with deep manufacture knowledge/certifications and customer solutions implemented knowledge.
The portfolio solutions include the following options:
Preventive Support: target on incidents early detection. We start with a tailored and extensive customer solution site survey that allows us build a checklist to be run everyday the first thing. This exercise allows PlusNet an early detection of problems like issues within the systems; configurations issues, system capacity threshold, OOSS, CIT interconnections etc. Everyday PlusNet sends customer a summary with the daily checklist information.
The goal of Operative Maintenance is to execute all the tasks necessary to ensure the availability, functionality and systems performance. Operative Maintenance service is operating as the 1st level of escalation of incidents/request for system under production. The services include MACD activities (Move Add, Change and Delete). Additionally we do data extraction for analysis, to propose improvements in the field of preventive maintenance.
Corrective Maintenance service aims to restore the proper functioning of all system components. PlusNet Solutions is responsible for providing their knowledge, experience and maximum commitment in the incidents resolution. Supporting Level 1, Level 2 and escalation/management to Level 3 (manufacture support). Services Level Agreement features are also available options when needed by customers.
Evolutional Maintenance services have the target to bring coverture to; new deployments, modifications and setup requirements from the customer solutions. Generally those tasks are not part of standard maintenance services. PlusNet Solutions offer these services to customers that require specifics out-tasking activities (small development, integration, campaign creation, etc).
